Order FAQs

Here are answers to some of the common questions I receive.

Find the product or service you wish to purchase, click the Add To Cart or Buy button. You’ll then have the option the continue shopping, go to cart, or checkout. The checkout process will register your order and account info within our site.
The e-mail is sent the moment your payment is approved, and that should be almost immediately. If you don’t receive an email receipt or login information soon after, contact us and we’ll check on your payment and account.

If you don’t see your purchased products on the My Account page please contact us.

Ensure that you are logged into the correct account before going to the checkout page. If you aren’t logged in, or you’re logged into the wrong account, it’s necessary to log into the correct account before starting the purchase.
We currently accept all major payment cards and use as our payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card. All prices are in charged in US Dollars (USD) and this will be exchanged to your local currency by your bank or card issuer.
Please contact us to cancel your account. We will remove all of your account information from our database and send you an email to let you know it’s all been deleted.
No, each subscription is a month to month service that can be canceled at any time after purchase. You can cancel the subscription on the My Account page or contact us and we’ll remove it from your account.
If you order a service that includes a product that you would like to reorder but do not want to be charged a service fee for the artwork, please contact us and we’ll order the product for you.

You will receive JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, CRD, and in some cases InDesign files of your project when it is completed. The PDF, AI, CDR and EPS files contain vector graphics which are usable at any size. JPG and PNG files are normally at a set size and can only be reduced and not enlarged.

Depending on the number of pages, and the functionality required, normally 10 business days for the first review for a 6-10 page site. Online Stores take a bit longer, especially if there is not a product list or products images available.

The length of time it takes to create a fully functional website is based on the custom design work and available content from the client. Revisions and edits extend how long the site will take to launch.

GRAPHIC DESIGN PROJECTS: The time frame for graphic artwork varies from project to project. Normal delivery time for the first draft of a project is 72 hours – 96 hours. Vectorizing a logo or a graphic is normally available within 24 hours.

APPAREL ORDERS: The normal time frame for screen printed and embroidered goods is 10-14 business days for production. Rush orders and can printed or embroidered within 48 hours (rush charges apply). Depending on where you are located, the time to ship your order will extend that time frame.
