What is the plan after I signup?

We will review your marketing package form and after you you sign up for a package, we will schedule a time to talk and go over your goals. Then, we’ll outline how we fulfill the objectives of your marketing needs to a specific campaign or deliverable.

Do I need to sign up for a long term contract?

All our agreements are month to month and you can cancel anytime via email, phone, or in your admin dashboard.

What is your access and reporting look like?

You have the right to immediate access to the staff at Chris Camp Designs and we will hard to deliver on each goal set for you. Clients can contact us directly using email and phone. You can also contact us through your admin dashboard.

Any questions we may have for you will be sent via email directly to you as well as all reporting or updates on campaigns as they are active.

Will I receive weekly or monthly activity reports?

We send monthly reports via email to recap of the previous month’s marketing activities and performance notes, and what has been most effective with your budgeted plan.

When does service begin after I sign up?

After signing up, service begins immediately. First, we’ll review your marketing package form and then we’ll call you to schedule a convient time to go over your marketing needs.

What is the advantages of a Marketing Package rather than hourly?

Our marketing packages remove the unpredictability associated with hourly billing and add transparency to which services you will receive. Regardless of how long it actually takes to create deliverables and perform services, point values will remain consistent. Also, you know how much the following month will cost with no hidden fees. The packages represent the value of a particular deliverable or service and not how much time it would take our staff to deliver.

Can I switch from one package to another?

Yes, you can. You will need either cancel your current marketing package and purchase the one you want or contact us to upgrade or downgrade. Whichever you prefer.

Will you support more than one site?

Yes, we will just need to determine on a month to month basis how we will divide the campaign budget per site/business.
